Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
- This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
